Refunds
High Society Hair Co.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Exceptions
An exception will only be made if:
• You receive the wrong item, or
• There is a verified mistake made on our end.
We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and or videos of the product and original packaging. If the product is altered in any way your return will be denied!

Return Conditions (If Approved)
If a return is approved due to an error on our end:
• Hair bundles must be unaltered, unused, unwashed, uncut, and uninstalled.
• Bundles must remain in their original binding and packaging.
• Security ties/bands must not be removed.
Any product that has been altered, dyed, chemically processed, brushed excessively, or removed from its original binding will not be accepted.

Store Credit & Restocking Fee
Approved returns will be issued store credit only.
No monetary refunds will be provided.
High Society Hair Co. reserves the right to apply a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total store credit issued. The restocking fee amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item.
Store credit:
• Covers the original purchase price (excluding shipping fees)
• Is non-transferable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash

Lost or Stolen Packages
High Society Hair Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
